This blog will record the holiday of the Collareda's in 2010. The purpose of this holiday was to fulfill a wish Kate had in 1992, which was to take Paul to Disneyland.In 1992 we had undertaken a trip with our children Kate (11) and Sarah (6). We left Paul then 8 at home with some dear friends, Lex and Ron Brigden. The reason we left Paul at home was because he has a disability and it would have been impossible to travel around the world with him at this stage of his development. When we were at Disneyland Kate looked up at me and said, "...Mum when I grow up I am going to bring Paul to Disneyland.." Disneyland was so spectacular that Kate wanted to share what we were experiencing with her brother. So now after 18 years Kate's dream is going to become a reality.
Paul has grown into a wonderful young man and travel is now a possibility for him. The whole family will travel to Los Angelas and explore Hollywood, Disneyland and Los Vegas.
